What every plan includes

Translate a full web page or selected text, choose bilingual or replacement display, translate new content as you scroll after translation is enabled, and restore the original. Your account's token balance stays in sync across devices.

The supported target languages are English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Paid plans increase your allowance; they do not promise a different model, higher translation quality or faster service.

How tokens work

Tokens measure the text processed by the AI model. Normal requests count both input and output, including translation instructions and formatting; some retries add to usage. A token is not a word or character, and the number needed varies by language and content. We do not promise a fixed number of pages per plan.

If an individual passage is blocked by the model provider's safety system, a small usage charge estimated from its character count may still apply. The extension shows your remaining balance. Available grants are normally used in order of expiry, with the earliest expiry first.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes will be calculated and the final amount shown before you pay.
• When paid plans launch, Paddle will act as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for subscription payments. Purchase and payment processing will also be subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly on the billing schedule shown at checkout. Each successful payment grants that billing period's allowance. Unused paid tokens expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.
• When your available tokens run out, hosted translation pauses. You can still use any available free tokens. We do not automatically buy more tokens or charge overage fees.
• Cancel through Paddle's customer portal or Paddle support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid allowance remains usable until the current period ends. Cancellation by itself does not request a refund.
• Upgrades will charge a prorated price difference and add a prorated token allowance for the time remaining, without changing the renewal date. The exact charge and added allowance will be shown before confirmation. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

14-day first-payment refund

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment, without a usage-percentage threshold. Renewal refunds have separate conditions. See our Refund Policy for eligibility, how to apply and what happens to your paid allowance.

Availability

The international service is offered outside mainland China and is not currently offered in the EEA, the United Kingdom and its related territories, or Switzerland. Purchases will also be limited to Paddle-supported countries and regions. These plans apply only to international accounts.
